1. Return Window
- United States: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- European Union (EU): In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in unused, unworn, and resalable condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Returns must be initiated by contacting us at velvetbeautyge@gmail.com within the return window.
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items marked Final Sale or non-returnable.
- Used beauty or hygiene products (due to health and safety regulations).
- Personalized or custom-made items, unless defective.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
- Kalata is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Returns should only be sent after contacting us at velvetbeautyge@gmail.com and receiving return instructions.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us at velvetbeautyge@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
